WEB DESK: “Titanic” couple Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet left their fans into a frenzy when they reunited on the 88th Academy Awards red carpet.
Nearly two decades later, DiCaprio and Winslet excited fans of the blockbuster movie as the duo had people flashing back to Jack and Rose while they posed for photos at the 88th Annual Academy Awards together on Sunday evening.
The pair showed that they have each enjoyed successful careers after that big-budget film as they were each nominated for some of the biggest awards of the night.
Leo was up for the Best Actor prize for his role in The Revenant while Kate was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal in Steve Jobs.
Leo ,41, won the best actor award but Kate lost to Alicia Vikander (‘The Danish Girl’).
Shortly after Leonardo accepted his first Oscar ever, his good friend Kate was one of the first to congratulate him on his big win.
