Chishti Mujahid hopeful after watching new talent in PSL

WEB DESK: Senior journalist and commentator Chishti Mujahid is hopeful about Pakistan cricket after watching new talent performance in Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Talking in an Aaj News programme, Mujahid said, “PSL should have been started four or five years back but Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) did not made enough effort for it. It was possible to invite few international players in Pakistan.”

He also said, “Players usually came from Karachi and Lahore years ago but now PSL has given Pakistan players like Muhammad Asghar from Chaman and Bismillah Khan from Quetta.”

He also said PCB could promote cricket in those areas.
