RAWALPINDI: Former PM Benazir Bhutto’s murder case hearing was postponed until February 10 when former Interior Minister Rehman Malik and lawyers failed to show up on Monday, Aaj News reported.
The hearing was conducted under the presence of Anti -Terrorism Court Judge Rai Mohammad Ayub Marth in Adiala Jail. Since 2008, six different judges have headed the Benazir Bhutto trial and the prosecution has filed eight separate challans since the proceeding started on February 29, 2008.
There were 150 witnesses in the case. As per prosecution less than 10 witnesses had to testify as the statements of all relevant witnesses had been recorded.
