Providing security to all educational institutes impossible: CM KPK


 

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Pervez Khattak on Thursday said it was not possible to provide security to all the over 50, 000 educational institutions in KPK.

“All the educational institutions have been instructed to hire security guards,” he said while talking to media in Peshawar. He said when the KPK government boosted security in Peshawar, the terrorists attacked in Charsadda.

He said until internal security was not hired, it was very difficult to provide security at all the places with around 70, 000 policemen.

He said all the nation was united against terrorism. We needed to uproot the menace of terrorism which has affected us not locally but globally as well.

Khattak said we should strengthen our intelligence investigations to dig out who was behind such attacks.
