QUETTA: Polio workers in Quetta were attacked by unknown men at Pashtunabad area on Thursday, Aaj News reported.
After the attack, security for polio workers has been increased in the area. The polio officers were walking down the street when unknown men hit them and took away their vaccines. The attackers fled the area after the attack.
According to Rangers spokesperson, 170 rangers mobile has been allocated to ensure the security of the anti-polio vaccination movement along with 150 men and 125 motorcycle squad.
