New laws being framed for tribal people’s concerns: President

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain on Wednesday said new laws were being framed to remove sense of deprivation of tribal people.

“Overall situation in tribal areas has improved,” he said while addressing students and faculty of Islamic College Peshawar and Lahore in Islamabad.

He said improvements in the health and education sectors would soon be visible in the tribal areas.

The president said the government was evolving a uniform syllabus to promote harmony and cohesion in the society.

He urged the youth to acquire contemporary education particularly in science and technology for the fast paced development of country. He also urged the youth to play their role to purge the country of social evils.
