The exhibition was organized by the Consulate-General of Japan, in collaboration with Pakistan Japan Cultural Association(PJCA), Sindh and Pakistan Japan Business Forum (PJBF).
Minister for Culture and Tourism Sharmila Farooqui was the chief guest on the occasion. Akira Ouchi, the Consul-General of Japan in Karachi, speaking on the occasion hoped that the viewers would appreciate the natural beauty and fascinating diversity of Japan as well as four distinct seasons well depicted in the Japanese calendars.
He said that the Japanese calendars represented the beautiful and sophisticated quality of the Japanese printing technology.
The exhibition will be opened from January 13 to 16 for the general public from 10 am to 16 pm.
