WEB DESK: Seven more people died of swine flu in Punjab, pushing the death toll from the virus to 46 this month, Aaj News reported.
Four of the dead belong to Rawalpindi, while three belong to Lahore.
The dead include women and children. The waiting area for visitors at hospitals have been changed into Swine Flu ward due to the over flow of patients.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in humans the symptoms of the “swine flu” H1N1 virus are similar to those of influenza and of influenza-like illness in general. Symptoms include fever; cough, sore throat, watery eyes, body aches, shortness of breath, headache, weight loss, chills, sneezing, runny nose, coughing, dizziness, abdominal pain, lack of appetite and fatigue.
