NAWABSHAH: Senior leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Farooq Sattar on Monday said enough played on the back foot, now time had reached to play on front foot. We will knock the door of court if powers were not delegated to the mayor of Karachi, Aaj News reported.
“The people of Sindh are victims of different issues, but half of the Sindh government cabinet has gone to Dubai,” he said while addressing a congregation in Nawabshah.
He said chief minister of Sindh for 2018 would be from MQM. Sattar said MQM would get Karachi mayor full powers. We would go to court, provided the issue of powers was not resolved through talks. Difficult time passed it was time to enjoy now.
The MQM leader said MQM would get full success in elections in Nawabshah to make it international city.
