SUKKER: Leader of the Opposition Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah on Saturday said Sindh was being deprived of powers. It would create problem for the federal government, given that situation in Sindh did not get better.
He said the issue of former federal minister Dr Asim should not be highlighted because it was in Anti-Terrorism Court. He also expressed concern over delegation of special powers to Sindh Rangers.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had said he would talk to Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah after returning from China, however he did not fulfill his promise. Now he told that he would visit Karachi on 28 Dec.
