PESHAWAR: Preparations have gained momentum to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi, the birth anniversary of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) in Khyber Pakthunkhwa and FATA with great respect and religious enthusiasm on December 24.
As only six days left in Eid Milad un Nabi (SAWW), the residents of Peshawar have started decorating and illuminating their houses and bungalows besides bazaars and offices with colorful buntings, lights and green flags to show their immense and immeasurable respect and love with the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Large banners and gigantic billboards are being displayed across the cities to celebrate the birth of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The owners of buses, trucks, taxi cars, and motorcycles are seen decorated their vehicles artistically to pay homage to the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
The educational institutes, social and religious organizations have planned special programs in connection with 12th of Rabi-ul-Awal. Social, cultural, educational institutions and religious organisations are also finalising programmes of holding Naat competitions and Darood-o-Salam sittings in connection with the day.
The Ulema and religious scholars have been invited to various programmes to be held in the city on 12th of Rabi ul Awal to educate the young generation about teaching of last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and highlight His (SAWW) supreme and matchless services for humanity.
