KARACHI: Former home minister Sindh Dr Zulfiqar Mirza on Sunday said the corrupt leaders and ministers of Pakistan People’s Party were frightened of getting arrested, therefore Sindh Rangers were not given authorities, Aaj News reported.
“Conditions in the city will become worsened, provided Rangers are not given authorities,” he said while addressing a press conference at his Karachi residency.
He said Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali was favoring the Sindh government by working with expediency. “I was afraid that entire the Sindh cabinet would be sent to jail but a couple of ministers.”
Mirza made announcement to campaign in favor of Rangers and Army and said graceful people should come out of their houses to support Pakistan Army.
