KARACHI: MQM Leader Amir Khan has been allowed by the court to travel abroad by an Anti-terror court on Wednesday, Aaj News reported.
However, the court ordered, that he will have to return by January 11. He has been asked to submit Rs 2 million as security deposit.
The ATC had reserved its order on Saturday on Khan’s request seeking two-week travel permission to Dubai.
The MQM leader is accused of sheltering criminals and spreading terrorism. He was indicted in the case after being arrested during a pre-dawn March 11 raid at the party headquarters, Nine Zero.
