Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves position

KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) liquid foreign reserves have increased by US$88 million to US$14,677 million during the week ending 20 Nov 2015, compared to US$14,589 million in the previous week.

The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$19,828.2 million on 20 November2015.

The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as follows: foreign reserves held by the SBP: US$ 14,676.6 million; net foreign reserves held by banks: US$ 5,151.6 million and total liquid foreign reserves: US$ 19,828.2 million.
