Pakistan will play six series with India, Sethi

WEB DESK: Pakistan will play six series with India during 2015-2023 in Dubai, Chairman Pakistan Super League Najam Sethi tweeted on Friday.

The venue of the series still seems to be in negotiation as Sethi elaborated on social media that Pakistan has already visited India in 2007 and 2012 ‘now it is India’s time to reciprocate’

In the above tweet, he referred to the extremist Shiv Sina threats in India due to which International Cricket Council withdrew umpire Aleem Dar during the series India vs South Africa.

Earlier this month, Shiv Sena activists barged on to BCCI office which lead to the cancellation of the meeting with Shahreyar Khan, Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman (PCB). In the wake of this incident Wasim Akram was also sent back to Pakistan as a safety precaution.
