DELHI: Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Chief Shashank Manohar on Friday expressed his rigidity to stick to the decision of playing against Pakistan in India only to put the Pakistan-India cricket series in limbo.
He said India would not play against Pakistan in United Arab Emirates (UAE) and could only play in India.
He also said that he was annoyed by the Pakistan Cricket Board chief’s statements.
“I have made it clear to him [Shahryar Khan] that team India can play against Pakistan only in India. We have our own reasons to decline playing in UAE. We cannot reveal the reason though. As of now, we only want them to come to India for this bilateral series,” Manhoar said, according to Asian Age.
