ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court has on Tuesday sent private airline’s pilot, captain Ismat Mehmood, on three-day physical remand.
The decision regarding removing terrorism act in the case would be taken in the next hearing.
Mehmood was presented in the court after seven-day physical remand.
The prosecutor told ATC Judge Zafar Iqbal in the court that the passengers had stated that the pilot saved their lives.
Captain Ismat was being accused to save personalities of big institutions, he said. He also requested to remove terrorism acts.
After hearing all the evidences the court sent the accused on three-day physical remand.
