ATC rejects Musharraf’s plead to re-record Siegal’s statement

RAWALPINDI: Anti-Terrorism Court has on Monday rejected plead by Pervez Musharraf to re-record Mark Siegal’s statement in former prime minister Benazir Bhutto’s murder case.

Justice Ayub Morth said the statement of Mark Siegal had already been recorded according to law and there was no need to call him to Pakistan and get his statement recorded again.

Musharraf’s laywer, Barrister Farogh Naseem had raised objection over Mark Siegel’s video statement.
