KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that no misunderstandings should be created between the Rangers and the Police.
The both the institutions have come up with appreciable services for the cause of peace in Karachi.
He was talking to media after the conclusion of the Urs celebrations of Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi here on Wednesday.
Qaim Ali Shah was of the view that if corruption was committed in Sindh then steps are being taken for its prevention.
He said that an inquiry has been ordered for ads that were placed in newspapers against Rangers by a DSP.
Chief Minister said that stern action would be initiated against those who have committed this act. With regard to corruption it is not fair to impute charges against Sindh and that everyone is equal before law and accountability should be for all.
Chief Minister said an independent Ehtesab Commission is being established in the province for prevention of corruption.
Meanwhile, the CM expressed annoyance at an ad by a DSP against Rangers and ordered an inquiry into the matter.
