ISLAMABAD: Former Ambassador, Ali Sarwar Wednesday said “Prime Minister’s visit to United States had vital importance in current situation as President of United States Barrack Obama had invited Mian Nawaz Sharif for this tour adding that trade, economy, investment and energy would be on agenda of the talks
Speaking in Radio Pakistan’s program, he said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif proceeded on a four-day official visit to the United States for talks on various issues.
He said that Prime Minister would brief the US President and the leadership on Pakistan’s policies for revival of economy, fight against terrorism and regional situation.
Bilateral relations with India and Afghanistan would also be discussed, he added.
India had strong trade relations with United States so PM would try to convince US to play its role to resolve the Pak-India disputes, he opined.
