LONDON: MQM Chief Altaf Hussain has reached the London police station where he is being interrogated for a money laundering case, Aaj News reported.
His two-month bail expired today. He might be charged or re-bailed after his meeting.
He was accompanied by several MQM Leaders including Farooq Sattar.
The London Police raided Altaf Hussain’s London residence in 2012 and 2013 over money-laundering claims. Two other men were arrested over the allegations in December 2014.
Police claimed it had recovered a large amount of cash from his residence, however the exact figure was not revealed.
