Unprovoked attack by India at LOC

SIALKOT: Indian forces launched an unprovoked at the Line of Control on Saturday, Aaj News reported.

Indian forces opened fire and hurled bombs at the Sialkot border, attacking a village situated near the LOC.

The Pakistan Army launched a retaliatory attack, silencing the enemy guns, the ISPR said.

In the last few days such attacks have become frequent occurrence. Earlier this week, a civilian was critically injured as a result of unprovoked firing by Indian forces on LoC in the Chirikot sector. He later succumbed to his injuries at the Combined Military Hospital.

So far four people have been killed and five left injured by these cross border firing in Pakistan.
