PTI should judge its political worth by going into by-elections: Musadik

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister Musadik Malik has said that PTI should go to people for votes in upcoming by-elections in NA-122 and NA-154 to judge its political worth.

Talking to Radio Pakistan, Musadik Malik said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Pakistan (PTI) Chief Imran Khan should compete in by-elections and should prove its worth in court of people.

“Going to by-elections in NA-122 and NA-154  was manifestation of visionary policies and wisdom of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif,” he said.

He said that PML-N has defeated PTI in all by-elections so far including the recently held in Haripur and it would defeat PTI in the coming by- elections as well.

He said PML-N has decided to go to the court of the people against verdicts of election tribunals because they were hopeful that nation would once again vote for PML-N.

“Imran Khan had an opportunity to go to streets and resolve the issues of people to get votes, but he could not avail the benefits”,  he added.

He said that PML-N has been the most popular political party in the country and believed in the welfare of people.

To  a question he said that government and Prime Minister have been doing sincere efforts to complete China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project which would bring an economic revolution in the country.

He said that government faced a number of challenges when it came into power and with the help of Almighty,  incumbent government managed to overcome those challenges to a great extent.

To another question he said that operation Zarb-e-Azb has been progressing successfully and law and order situation was improving with every passing day.
