Phantom Director says ‘huge earnings restricts the creativity of a filmmaker’

WEB DESK: Phantom director Kabir Khan said the films are not made for huge earnings collections at the box office as it restricts creativity of a film maker.

At the promotion of Phantom when asked about the expected business he said “A film should be successful according to its budget. And if you feel that every film should touch a certain number, then we’ll make the same kind of films, which I didn’t want. As a director, I want to make different kinds of films. All films should be successful, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ was successful and I want that ‘Phantom’ is also a similar success.”

The film has been banned in Pakistan but lead actor Saif Ali Khan is shocked since the film is not against any country.
