Opposition leader condemns Kasur child abuse scandal

ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader, Khursheed Shah condemned the Kasur child abuse scandal and stressed that criminals should get severe punishment for their crime.

While talking to media in Sukkur, Shah said that a petition has been submitted in the parliament. Out of the 12 accused, seven people involved in the crime are still at large. Families of the victims claim that authorities are defending the criminals.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif condemned the heinous crime which is by far the  biggest scandal of child abuse in the country.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf filed a motion against the Kasur child abuse scandal in the National Assembly.

After condemning the incident, Shireen Mazari, PTI Leader, stressed that there should be an investigation commission formed which can monitor such crimes in future.
