LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said on Sunday that the whole nation was united to curb extremism, terrorism and sectarianism.
He was talking to Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafiq who called on him here.
During the meeting they discussed matters of mutual interest and country’s overall situation.
The Chief Minister said, terrorists have no religion and they are enemies of the country and its people.
He said nefarious designs of terrorists would be thwarted with the force of unity of 180 million people of the country.
Shahbaz Sharif said that brave armed forces were offering sacrifices in the war against terrorism and achieving glorious successes in operation Zarb-e-Azb.
Terrorists and their facilitators would be eliminated from the country, he added.
