India opens flood gates towards Pakistan’s crops


KASUR: India opened the flood gates to Pakistan, sending 56 thousand Cusecs of water downstream that has already destroyed standing crops across 5000 Acres, Aaj News reported.

According to the reports, currently the 56,000 Cusecs is passing through Ganda Singh Wala in Kasur. The river Sutlej can sustain upto 70,000 Cusecs of water and is only 20% shy of reaching its limit according to the DCO Kasur.

The DCO is now preparing his team so that the situation can be handled that may arise due to the water released by India.
