AJK PM visits CMH to inquire after Indian shelling victims

SIALKOT: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Prime Minister, Chaudhary Abdul Majeed has said that the people of AJK were ready to sacrifice their lives to defend Pakistan against any Indian aggression.

AJK people and government have full support for the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif for his mission to purge Pakistan from the militancy, terrorism, militants and terrorists.

He stressed the need of early economical and political stability of  Pakistan to meet all the internal and external dangers.

He stated this while talking to the Indian shelling victims, after inquiring about their health at CMH here Sunday. PPP leader and former information minister Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan and other PPP leaders were also present on this occasion.

AJK Prime Minister strongly condemned the larger scale hostilities of Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) on Sialkot border villages along the Sialkot Working Boundary, saying that the Indian BSF was targeting the civilian population and killing the peaceful innocent people in Sialkot border villages. He expressed complete solidarity with local people affected by the unprovoked Indian mortar shelling. He urged the World Community to take serious notice of the Indian aggression, besides, using its full influence to halt the repeated ceasefire violations by India along the Line of Control (LoC) and Working Boundary (WB).

While talking to the newsmen at Sialkot CMH, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that there would be no compromise on the solemnity and integrity of Pakistan.

Later, AJK Prime Minister also addressed an important meeting of  the Kashmiri people here.
