Chairman of the Bahria Town Malik Riaz on Wednesday filed application in Lohi Bher Islamabad police station to register a First Information Report (FIR) against three persons who, according to him, have been blackmailing him for undue money. According to reports, blackmailers are trying to damage Malik Riaz’s reputation and his business Bahria Town.
Accompanied by his lawyer Babar Awan, chairman of the Bahria Town filed an application in the police station alleging that three blackmailers had been paid a substantial amount whereas they were asking for more money. Talking to journalists outside the police station, Awan said that in order to substantiate the claim, his client has submitted documentary evidence.
