RAWALPINDI: Hearing for the Benazir Bhutto’s murder case has been postponed till July 15, Aaj News reported.
The Anti-Terrorism Court has asked the foreign office for a video statement by American journalist Mark Sehgal.
The case was heard by Judge Roy Muhammad Ayub. During the hearing FIA official told the court that Bahlol Khan a prosecution witness is not present at his house. Meanwhile Benazir’s driver Javed-ur-Rehman has not appeared in court despite repeated summons. The FIA has placed an advertisement for Benazir’s driver in the court.
