WEB DESK: On May 23, a 65 years old German grandmother gave birth to quadruplets at a hospital in Berlin.
According to RTL, German Tv network, three boys and one girl were brought into this world prematurely at 26 weeks. The babies were said to be in a good physical condition.
Annegret Raunigk already had 13 children and seven grandchildren. News about her pregnancy came as a shocker to public.
Raunigk is an English and Russian teacher in Berlin. She is oldest women that gave birth to quadruplets.
In Ukraine she conceived throught a fertility treatment.
The quadruplet, born by Cesarean section on May 19, weighed between 655 grams and 960 grams.
