Robin Williams is dead, but his fans will see him one last time as a movie he shot months before his tragic suicide is set to hit the cinemas this July.
‘Boulevard’ where Williams plays the role of Nolan Mack, a banker who has lived a life of monotony for 26 years.
He is married Joy, played by Kathy Baker and has embraced a boring marriage as reality. One day he meets a troubled young man named Leo (Roberto Aguire) on his drive home. They become friends and with him William travels a road to self discovery.
Boulevard had its world premiere at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival. And will released worldwide on July 17.
“We are very excited about partnering with Starz Digital to get this beautiful movie out there,” said producer Monica Aguirre Diez Barroso. “Through Boulevard, Dito [the director] was able to capture Robin Williams at his best,” international media quoted her saying.
