DUBAI: Absence of documentation cause delay in hearing the case regarding extradition of wanted suspect Uzair Baloch till next week, Aaj News reported.
According to the sources, Pakistani officials have deserted well constructed evidence against Uzair Baloch.
Judge Raees Lanjana of a special court was hearing the case, sources said.
The court said that the documents consented by Pakistani officials were imperfect, missing authentication of Pakistan’s Foreign Office and any determination by Pakistani courts on Baloch’s foregoing judgments.
According to the statement, Pakistani authorities in UAE have pursued more documents from the interior ministry to accelerate the procedure.
Pakistani authorities were buoyant that they would get custody of Uzair after today’s hearing, sources added.
However, Baloch was taken back to prison under highly organized security.
