Pakistan can change game anytime, says Jonty Rhodes

Pakistan team is one of the unpredictable team who has started their ICC World Cup campaign with shaky hands, but now putting their best efforts for their survival in World Cup.

Former South African Test cricketer Jonty Rhodes feels that Pakistan’s chances at the World Cup are not dead so far as they have all the possible and required ability to change the game at any time and turn things upside down.

Talking to PTV Sports, Rhodes said, “Misbah-ul-Haq’s squad who is supported by veteran Younis Khan and Shahid Afridi can turn the game into their favor at any moment of the ICC Cricket World Cup”.

However, he added that the Saeed Ajmal’s exclusion will come as a sign of a relief for rest of the teams participating in World Cup. “Every batsman in every team is breathing a sigh of relief that Ajmal is not around.”

He said all Pakistan players need to get consistent not only as a team but in person as well.
