ISLAMABAD: The Met Office on Tuesday forecast rain-thundershower accompanied by strong gusty wind with isolated heavy falls in Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan and Rawalpindi Divisions, and Kashmir during next 24 hours.
Scattered rain-thundershower with gusty winds is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan and Kohat divisions, Islamabad, upper Punjab’s Rawalpindi, Gujranwala and Lahore Divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, and at isolated places of Sargodha, Bannu, D.I.Khan, Zhob and Quetta Divisions.
During next 48 hours, widespread rain-thundershower associated with gusty winds is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu and Mardan divisions, Upper FATA, Islamabad, Upper Punjab’s Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore and Sargodha Divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, while at scattered places in D.I.Khan and Faisalabad Division, South FATA, isolated places in north Baluchistan’s Quetta and Zhob divisions.
Isolated heavy falls are also expected in Malakand, Hazara, Mardan and Rawalpindi divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, rain-thundershower occurred at isolated places in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala and Lahore divisions, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan while Mithi, Shaheed Benazirabad and Chhor with 39?C, Hyderabad, Turbat and Mirpur Khas 38?C, Badin and Lasbella 37?C remained the hottest places during last 24 hours.
