KARACHI: A ban has been imposed in Sindh on Police transfer and postings for three months, announced by Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah , Aaj News reported.
While addressing a press conference, Sindh CM said police officials would remain on their post for at least one year. He added that Rs 5 million would be provided to the police and Rangers in the province.
Sindh CM revealed that the Shikarpur tragedy case would be sent to a military court.
It is pertinent to mention here that at least 61 people including children were killed when a suicide bomber blew himself up inside an imambargah in Shikarpur during Friday prayers on January 30.
CM Sindh Qaim Ali Shah further disclosed that the suicide attacker responsible for the Shikarpur bombing was brought from Balochistan.
