KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has praised outgoing Consul General of Saudi Arabia in Karachi Faleh Bin Mohammad Al-Ruhaily for his outstanding and marvelous role in strengthening relations between the two countries.
Addressing a farewell party organised in the honour of the Saudi envoy at a local hotel here on Wednesday night, the chief minister described the efforts and performance of the diplomat as outstanding in diplomatic terms.
Qaim Ali Shah said Pakistan has close friendly and brotherly relations with Saudi Arabia and Faleh Bin Mohammad Al-Ruhaily has further cemented these ties for the benefit to the peoples of the two countries.
He said that the Saudi diplomat remained very accommodative in facilitating Pakistani people, especially from Sindh, who travelled to Saudi Arabia for performing Umrah and Hajj.
The chief minister said that the services by Faleh Bin Mohammad Al-Ruhaily would be remembered for a long time.
Faleh Bin Mohammad Al-Ruhaily, addressing the ceremony, lauded the hospitality of the people of Pakistan, especially that of Sindh province.
The Saudi diplomat said he has tried his best to strengthen bilateral relations with Pakistan.
