ISLAMABAD: Hurriyet leaders in Indian Occupied Kashmir including Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Syed Ali Gilani, Muhammad Yasin Malik and Shabbir Ahmad Shah have expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives, mostly children, in a terrorist attack on a school in Peshawar.
The All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement sternly condemned the cowardly attack and said that the perpetrators of the act were inhuman and barbarians, KMS reported.
“These killings are a clear violation of basic principles of Islam and humanity. Such terrorist acts have no place in Islam,” he said. The veteran Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, in his statement said, “The killing of innocent children is the worst form of terrorism. There can
be no justification for these killings.
The attackers are biggest enemies of Islam and Muslims and must be sternly punished,” he said and expressed sympathies with the families of the victims.
The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, termed the killings as crime against humanity. “The attackers are enemies of Islam and the entire humanity. I share the grief and pain of families of victims,” he said in a statement.
Senior leader of Hurriyet Conference Jammu and Kashmir, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, said that the attack was tantamount to killing whole humanity. The pro-freedom camp of Kashmir stands with Pakistan in this hour of grief, he added.
Hurriyet leaders including Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi, Aasiya Andrabi, Yasmeen Raja, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Zafar Akbar Butt, Barrister Abdul Majeed Tramboo, Javed Ahmad Mir, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, Syed Bashir Andrabi, Farooq Ahmad Dar, Masarrat Aalam Butt, Zamrooda Habib, Fareeda Behanji, Hakeem Abdur Rasheed, Engineer Hilal Ahmad War, Musadiq Aadil as well as the Jamaat-e-Islami of the occupied territory, Kashmir High Court Bar Association and other organisations also condemned the attack.
They said that such dastardly, inhuman and barbaric acts were handiwork of the enemies of humanity and Muslims. Hurriyet leaders including Mehmood Ahmad Saghar, Ghulam Muhammad Safi, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, Abdul Majeed Mir, Ishtiaq Hameed, Altaf Hussain Wani, Abdul Majeed Lone, Pervez Ahmad Shah and others at a meeting in Islamabad offered prayers for the martyrs of Peshawar incident.
They expressed condolences with the families of the victims.
