FESCO issues shutdown programme

FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has issued shutdown programme for necessary repair, maintenance and expansion of electricity lines.

According to the programme issued by the company, power supply from Naimat Colony feeder emanating from 220-KV Jaranwala Road grid station, Dost Street, Railway Road, Katchery Road, Darul Ehsan, Sir Syed and Imam Bargah feeders originating from 132-KV Factory Area grid station, ZTM feeder emanating from 132-KV Chak Jhumra, New Madina feeder originating from 132-KV OTP grid station and Wapda City feeder emanating from 132-KV Nishatabad grid station will remain suspended from 8am to 12 noon while Makkarwal, Wanjari and Sultan Khail feeders originating from 66-KV Makkarwal grid station will observe shutdown from 10 am to 2 pm on 10 am to 2 pm on Monday (October 20).

Similarly, electricity supply from Gollaywali, Nari and New Cchidro feeders emanating from 132-KV Wan Bacchran grid station will remain suspended from 9 am to 1 pm whereas Sultan Nagar and Parco feeders originating from 132-KV Chak Jhumra grid station will observe load shedding from 8 am to 1 pm on October 20, 2014.
