Farin Zakaei researcher at Amir Kabir University in Iran has developed the device, Mehr news agency reported.

He stated that it is capable of measuring the reaction time for the nervous system in various people and explained, “this device conducts 8 tests on the patient and can be used in physical education centers, rehabilitation centers, clinics, hospitals, critical jobs in the employment centers for sensitive occupations such as piloting, as well as child monitoring health centers.”

“It can also be used in fitness testing for talent identification to determine how well-prepared the athlete is,” he added.

“In each of the tests conducted by this monitoring device,” he said, “there is a stimulus which determines the progress of the neurological disease or the patient’s recovery.”
