ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has vacated one part of the road leading to Supreme Court, whereas tents are yet to be removed from the particular area, Aaj News reported.
According to the recent reports, PAT workers and supporters cleared one part of the area leading towards Supreme Court, after the orders passed by the five-member bench of the Supreme Court on Monday.
In the particular orders instructed by the five-member bench of SC, PTI and PAT were asked to clear the avenue within 24 hours, whereas the Attorney General was also ordered to follow up this matter of issue and make it possible immediately.
It is pertinent to know that these orders were passed during a hearing of a petition filed by the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President, Kamran Murtaza along with other members in regard to violation of protestors and harming the rights of common citizens in accordance to Articles of Constitution.
After the clearance of one part of the Avenue will now allow the judges and Supreme Court bench to pass through the cleared Avenue, whereas tents are yet to be removed.
