Advocate Vishnu criticises leadership of marchers

SUKKUR: Senior leader of the PML-N Advocate Jai Jai Vishnu on Tuesday strongly criticised the leadership of the marchers saying the “Peoples Parliament” of PAT was unconstitutional and does not have any legal or moral authority.

Talking to mediamen, he said a small number of people had made the nation a hostage.

He said the demand of resignation of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif is unconstitutional and they will not resign at any cost.

There was no room to accept unconstitutional demands made by any political or religious quarters, he added.

To a question, he said that the patriotic forces are united for the protection of the parliament and the Constitution, adding the sit-ins of Imran Khan and Tahir ul Qadri have caused a huge loss to the national economy.

Advocate Vishnu said all political parties of the country have made it clear that no one will be allowed to derail the democratic system.

He said said that all democratic parties including the Opposition are standing with Muhammad Nawaz Sharif adding that so called sit-ins of Tahir ul Qadri and Imran Khan have put the country’s economy at stake.
