Chicken Chapli Kabab

Chicken mince ½ kg
Egg 4 (boiled)
Egg 2
Tomato sliced 2
Bread crumbs 2 – 3 tbsp
Pomegranate seed 1, ½ tbsp
Whole Coriander 2 tsp (crushed)
Red chili powder 1, ½ tbsp (crushed)
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Whole cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

In a bowl mix together mince, butter, crushed red pepper, crushed coriander seeds, crushed cumin seeds, crushed pomegranate seeds, wheat flour, eggs, chopped spring onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, salt and mix well.

Keep aside for an hour.

Shape into flat circular kebabs.

Press a slice of tomato in the center of each kebab and shallow fry till light golden.

Serve hot with mint chutney, raita and tamarind chutney
