ISLAMABAD: Monsoon rainfall is likely expected to hit various parts of the country including Kashmir, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, whereas the sea storm is 620 km away from Karachi, Aaj News reported.
According to Met office reports, monsoon clouds have been started to form in different parts of the country especially in the tribal and mountainous areas, whereas the sea storm is just 620 km away from Karachi coastal belt. The Met office authorities have also claimed that the storm in it’s way to Karachi’s sea coastal belt will loose it’s intensity and speed on it’s ride.
Furthermore, they claimed that there are no threats on Karachi coastal belt from this sea storm, but eventually this sea storm will form heavy clouds for monsoon rain in various parts of Karachi located in the nearest proximity of the coastal belt
On the other hand, the authorities stated that the weather will remain dry and extremely hot for next 24 hours, whereas the coastal belt of Makran, Quetta and Gilgit will face heavy lightning and monsoon rainfall.
