Punjab: More than 239 patients diagnosed with Gastric problems

LAHORE: The Gastro disease in Punjab is on it’s pace. The doctors of Punjab hospitals have diagnosed more than 239 patients associated with the particular disease, Aaj News reported.

According to the sources, the patients diagnosed with this particular disease belongs to villages, whereas proper aid, facilitation and acknowledgement regarding the disease is unavailable. Poor quality of water availability in these areas is spreading out the Gastro disease on it’s pace.

The doctors of various Punjab hospitals have claimed that people in this season should avoid eating junk food, as well the food available in the market, whereas the doctors have requested the citizens to avoid drinking water from any unsanitary medium.

The health authorities further revealed the most affected areas in regard to this particular disease, which included, Hafizabad, Muzaffargarh, Nankana Sahib, Chakwal and Okara, whereas the doctors also revealed that last year the patients of Gastro disease accounted 5,410.

It is pertinent to know that 45 patients admitted in the Govt. hospitals in Punjab have already been treated from this disease, whereas the left patients are being treated .
