Musharraf’s ECL case: SC to hear govt appeal

ISLAMABAD: To hear the government’s appeal over a Sindh High Court (SHC) decision for the removal of Musharraf’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL), Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan has constituted a bench, Aaj News reported.

According to the reports, a five member bench headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk will begin hearing the case from 23rd June. The federal government had moved the apex court over the SHC decision, requesting for an early hearing.

Justice Jawad S. Khwaja, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Aijaz Afzal and Justice Gulzar Ahmed will be included in the bench.
