1- Fried and fatty food.
2- Food which contains higher amount of sugar.
3- Over-eating at Suhoor.
4- Smoking before keeping the fast.
* Fried and fatty foods will gradually increase your weight and will cause u a sense obesity all day.
* Consumption of foods or juices which contains higher amount of sugar will compel you to consume more water and will cause a sense of obesity all day, as well as it will distract your metabolism system.
* Over eating at suhoor can cause dis-functioning of your metabolism system as well as it can affect your fast, if obesity turns out worst which can eventually cause vomits or diarrhea.
* Smoking before keeping the fast at suhoor will divert you mind of having it once during the day or in the middle of the fast. The intense need of the smoke can compel you to rift or break the fast.
