QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has strongly condemned terrorist attack in border town of Taftan that claimed lives of 24 pilgrims and injuring 18 others.
In his statement issued here on Monday, he said ” Attack on pilgrims in hotels in border town of Taftan, killing and injuring them who returned back from Iran was an anti-human act and I strongly condemn it”.
He said that his government would take stern action against the elements involved in targeting innocent people.
He directed the authorities to furnish him with detailed report on the Taftan incident besides ensuring arrest of the elements involved in the terrorism.
He expressed his deep sorrow and grief over the life loss in Taftan and ordered to provide every required medical facility to the injured.
He prayed for the rest of departed souls in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.
