Wife of a man who killed Paul Walker sues Porsche automaker

LOS ANGELES: The wife of a man, who accidentally killed Paul Walker, sued the automaker of the Porsche sports car automaker, alleging him for designing a faulty vehicle.

According to the American media reports, the wife of a man, Kristine Roda’s filed a petition against the automaker of Porsche, alleging him for designing a faulty vehicle, which caused the accident.

The lawsuit carried the claims that the Prosche sports car designed in 2005 by the company had flaws, due to which it malfunctioned, while driving.

It is pertinent to know that earlier during the investigation, authorities claimed that exceeding speed was the reason of the crash, but the petitioner (Kristine Roda’s) claimed that his husband was driving the sports car on 88.5 kph before the accident.
