Sindh CM for beefing up security at minorities worship places

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah Thursday directed the police officers to ensure all possible security measures for protecting the worship places of minorities.

Taking notice of desecration of the property of worship place of a minority community in Kot Ghulam Muhammad, Mirpurkhas, he asked the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and DIG Mirpurkhas to ensure immediate arrest of culprits, said a handout issued here.

The Chief Minister strongly condemned the incident. He said that elements involved in fanning religious disharmony will be brought to justice. He sought a detailed report from the authorities concerned about the incident.
